A care dealing processing part 20 performs a care dealing processing for avoiding the dropout to the student to be cared. The care dealing processing part 20, for example, promotes a telephone contact. Further, an education providing information memory part 14 stores education providing information to students, for example, information for temporary instructor arrangement.
