PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance and management method and maintenance and management support system for equalizing the levels of a plurality of operators engaged in a manufacturing business and switching the degree of deterioration of manufacturing equipment from forced deterioration to natural deterioration.;SOLUTION: In this maintenance and management method and maintenance and management support system, equipment part trouble data collected by randomly extracted operators and equipment part trouble data subjected to a measure based on such data and further having inspection reference data and trouble generation frequency data added thereto are formed, and work reference data obtained by processing the data obtained through a total inspection based on the trouble generation frequency data are fed back to each operator, whereby the daily maintenance and management in the manufacturing business are performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
