SOLUTION: In a personnel matters a information providing method in which personnel matters data related to employees is provided for an information terminal unit using a communication means from personnel matters database storing the personnel matters data of the employees, it comprises a display step for providing specific publication data such as name related to corresponding employee from among personnel matters data for the user and an input step for urging inputting of changed data occurred due to changes of job or a reshuffling related to corresponding employee himself for respective employees. The display step and the input step are provided at any time, and the changed data inputted by the employee at the input step is stored in the personnel matters database and is reflected in the contents displayed at the display step.
