PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system that can reduce the probability of missing data so as to enhance the reliability of data transfer.;SOLUTION: A transmission host is configured with a communication application section 34 that generates an IP packet, a source route path management section 39 that stores source route information denoting paths through which the transmission host transfers the IP packet to a reception host, and manages the path, an IP section 31 that receives the IP packet generated by the communication application section 34, acquires destination information from the IP packet, retrieves the source route information stored by the source route path management section 39 on the basis of the acquired destination information, acquires the source route information and copies number of IP packets corresponding to the acquired source route information, and an H/W driver 30 transmitting the IP packets that transmits the IP packets copied by the IP section 31 and the reception host discards the 2nd and succeedingly received IP packets.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
