PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution service operation system, in which a distantly located monitoring center can specify a monitored target and quickly grasp failures, an operation state, and to provide a monitoring computer, a computer for the monitoring center, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: This system comprises the sever 11 of a monitored target system 1, a monitor computer 21 for monitoring a network 12 a client computers 13 and a computer 31 for the monitoring center. The monitor computer 21 and the computer 31 for the monitoring center transmit and receive information through a network 7, monitor one, two, or more monitored target systems 1 and support a solution service. The system has function of specifying which monitored target system has the server 11, the network 12 and a client computer 13 to which information to be transmitted/received is related, and a function of monitoring and supporting a failure of the monitored target systems 1.
