PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network monitor support system, in which a monitor computer is installed, the monitor computer and a computer for a monitor center or the like communicate information with each other via a monitor object network and a network and the remote monitor center can quickly and properly grasp the performance, the operating state and a fault or the like of the network and to provide the monitor computer, the computer for a monitor center and a recording medium.;SOLUTION: The network monitor support system consists of the monitor computer, that monitors a network 11, a monitor center use computer 3, and a charge-billing/collecting center use computer 5, in which the monitor computer 2, the monitor center use computer 3 and the charge-billing/collecting center use computer 5 communicate information with each other via the monitor object network 11 and a network 6 to monitor and support the network 11, and the system has a function of managing a fault in the monitor object network 11, a function of maintaining and managing the monitor object network 11 and a function of billing the monitor support charge on the monitor object network 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
