PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system, and a method for housing facility repair period computation which can compute the standard time when user's housing facilities are repaired.;SOLUTION: This is a repair period computing device for housing facilities which finds the standard time when the user's housing facilities are repaired, and equipped with a user's housing facility information storage means 32 which stores user's housing facility information including information regarding the fitting period of the user's housing facilities, a fault interval information storage means 34 which stores pieces of fault interval information up to a fault of sample housing facilities for each type of sample housing facilities, a repair proper period computing means 36 which computes the proper repair period of the sample housing facilities according to the pieces of fault interval information, and a repair standard period computing means 38 which computes the repair standard period of the user's housing facilities according to the user's housing facility information and the repair proper period of sample housing facilities of the same type with the user's housing facilities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
