PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and low-cost maintenance support system using a remote intensive monitoring of civil engineering construction machinery.;SOLUTION: This system is characterized as follows: communication lines are established between a support center, which performs maintenance instead, and a leasing company or a sales company, a user and the individual pieces of the civil engineering construction machinery, when the user makes a maintenance contact with the leasing company or the sales company; the support center receives operation data on operating time, a state of operations, a state of an engine, a hydraulic state, etc., of each of the individual pieces of the machinery and performs the periodic maintenance adapting to the individual pieces of the machinery; and operation contents of the performed maintenance can be transmitted to the leasing company or the sales company, the user and the individual pieces of the machinery.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
