PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler-type tea field plant husbandry implement enhanced in loadability onto a loading space of a motor truck by making the tea field plant husbandry implement in a more compact form for being loaded onto the loading space of the motor truck than being engaged in tea husbandry work.;SOLUTION: The tea field plant husbandry implement 1 is characterized in that a crawler 4 is provided with projecting members H, such as a crawler guard 5, a counterweight stay 6 and a counterweight 7, arranged so as to project from either the front end of the rear end of the crawler 4, or from both of them during the tea husbandry work.
