PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation mediation method and a consultation web site system which efficiently mediate between a client and a consultant through a web page published on a network.;SOLUTION: A consultation web site system 1 is provided with a bulletin board display means 22 which displays an electronic bulletin board 3 on the web page, a consultation matter notifying means 23 which receives consultation matter data transmitted from a terminal device of the client to write this data in the electronic bulletin board 3, and an answer notifying means 24 which receives answer data transmitted from a terminal device of a consultant to write this data in the electronic bulletin board 3. An answer providing means 25 transmits answer data to a pertinent consultation matter, which is provided from a consultant registered in a consultant database 9, to the terminal device of the client if answer data to this consultation matter is not notified by the answer notifying means 24 within a prescribed time after consultation matter data is written in the electronic bulletin board 3 by the consultation matter notifying means 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
