PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollutant measurement method for matching evaluation of agent efficacy in a field with that on a table and shortening a measurement method, a measurement device for it, and an industrial water treating method.;SOLUTION: This pollutant measurement device is used for measuring a pollutant in an industrial water circulation system and provided with a water passage part for letting sample water in the system flow, a contact member supported in the water passage to be brought into contact with the sample water, and a sample water circulating member circulating the sample water in the water passage.
