PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator which can apply precise and highly reliable control to the supply of concentrated gaseous oxygen without being influenced by degradation due to usage.;SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator is provided with: a separation means 105, 106 for selectively separating oxygen from air; a compressor 102 for supplying compressed air to the separation means 105, 106; a product tank 120 serving as a buffer means for storing the concentrated oxygen gas supplied from the separation means 105, 106; a flow rate detecting means 201, 202 for detecting the supply flow rate of the concentrated gaseous oxygen supplied from the product tank 120; and a flow rate control means for comparing, by using a comparison control circuit 200, the supply flow rate of the concentrated gaseous oxygen detected by the flow rate detecting means 201, 202 and a flow rate setting signal set beforehand, controls a valve driving circuit 210 according to the comparison result, the carries out driving control of a flow control valve 211 to control the supply flow rate of the concentrated gaseous oxygen to a prescribed flow rate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
