PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the energy saving operation method of an inverter air conditioner capable of reducing the consumed power of the inverter air conditioner.;SOLUTION: When the operating mode of a cooling device is the energy saving operation mode, the state determining the maximum operating frequency of a compressor in the cooling device by an indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, the stage determining the final operating frequency on the basis of the determined maximum operating frequency and the difference between the temperature desired by a user and the indoor temperature, and the stage controlling the operation of the cooling device by the determined final operating frequency, are performed in this order to perform the energy saving operation of an inverter air conditioner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
