PRODUCING METHOD FOR SEMI-CURED ARTICLE FITTED WITH JOGGLE CONSISTING OF FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND PRODUCING METHOD FOR PREMOLDING STRUCTURAL BODY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a producing method for a semi-cured article fitted with a joggle, in which the same consisting of a fiber-reinforced composite material can be produced with stable high quality and the number of a process and a cost can be reduced than a conventional method, and a producing method for a preforming structural body using the same. SOLUTION: The producing method for the semi-cured article fitted with the joggle consisting of the fiber-reinforced composite material contains (a) a process for making a platelike laminate by laminating a plurality of fiber- reinforced composite materials, heating and pressing these and then cooling and pressing the same, (b) a process for making a semi-cured article of a simple shape by softening the platelike laminate by heating and mounting it on a molding die and molding the same by cooling and pressing and (c) a process for forming joggles in the end parts by heating and pressing the ends parts of the semi-cured article of the simple shape. Further, a producing method for the preforming structural body using the same is provided.
