PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional voice synthesis delay circuit that has had a complicated circuit configuration because an amplifier has synthesized analog signals resulting in needing adjustment of two digital/analog converters and a voice gain.;SOLUTION: A summing memory 17 synthesizes voice delay digital data 10 and voice synthesis digital data 11 without converting them into analog signals and voice data with a fixed pattern stored in advance in a voice synthesis memory 18 are used for the voice synthesis data, or without using the voice synthesis memory in which the voice synthesis data are stored, the voice data with the fixed pattern stored in advance in a prescribed area of the summing memory are used or the data read from the voice delay memory are temporarily stored in a register and the temporarily stored data are used for the voice synthesis data, without using other data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
