PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a computer in stability analyses. SOLUTION: In the case power is supplied from a transformer PT to a common bus LN and then from the common bus LN to a plurality of loads LR1, LR2,..., and LRn, the synthesizing method for load model is used to output active power P and reactive power Q corresponding to the voltage characteristics of the loads in response to terminal voltage given from the system in a power system simulator with the plurality of the loads connected with the common bus. The active power P is given by the following formula and P = Active power P0 at initial voltage × (Voltage V after change ÷Voltage V0 before change)NP. NP is obtained from the following formula: NP =(ΣP0i.npi)/ΣP0i, where, NP is the static characteristic parameter of the resultant load, up is the static characteristic parameters of the individual loads, and i is a load number.
