PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admission card issuing system and a building guiding method using a communication means.;SOLUTION: This admission card issuing system and the building guiding system having a terminal apparatus using the communication means comprise a means for previously giving a person in charge inside the building an ID number used for selecting an empty room following the admission card issuing, a means for allowing an interviewer to make an appointment, a means for allowing the person in charge to retrieve an empty room by inputting the ID number, a means used for applying admission, a means for delivering the admission from a server to terminals of the person in charge and the interviewer, and a means allowing the interviewer to come to the building with the delivered information and his/her terminal apparatus and output the received information to a receipt panel terminal apparatus. The receipt panel terminal apparatus calculates, permits entering into a room in the building if the information is valid, and displays a guide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
