PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spotting head, a spotting device and a method for spotting, which can spot a sample solution without giving thermal influence to it and suppress the waste of the sample solution.;SOLUTION: The spotting head 1 spotting a sample solution 5 for detecting a biological specimen on a test plate 2 is constructed with the following components: a head body 11 comprising a hollow part 11a and an injection port 11b; a pressure transmitting membrane 7 which separates the hollow part 11a into the first storing part 111 where the injection port 11b is placed and a sample solution 5 is stored, and the second storing part 112 where the injection port 11b is not placed; and a pressure imparting mechanism 13 which imparts pressure to the sample solution in the first storing part 111 via a pressure transmitting medium 6 stored in the second storing part 112, a pressure transmitting medium 6 placed on the side of the second storing part 112 and the pressure transmitting membrane 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
