PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat creep resistance during using of an air conditioner or the like and to improve productivity by improving moldability during fan molding, in a cross flow fan made of synthetic resin using acrylonitrile styrene based resin(AS based resin) or heat resistant polystyrene based resin(heat resistant PS based resin).;SOLUTION: The cross flow fan is formed using the synthetic resin material generated by mixing 20 to 40 wt.% of GF of long-fiber reinforced pellet with length 1 to 6 mm into the AS based resin or the heat resistant PS based resin, a part of the cross flow fan is formed by expansion molding by core back during injection molding to lighten the cross flow fan, and anneal treatment is performed in a temperature range of 80 to 100°C.
