PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure an electrical power required in a facility, enable a pyrolysis of processed material to be carried out under utilization of discharged gas generated, cause the processed material after being decomposed through pyrolysis operation to be ignited and changed into ash, and reduce its volume.;SOLUTION: Material to be processed is processed through pyrolysis under utilization of discharged gas of a gas turbine power generating device 30, and the attained and processed material (carbide) is ignited by a carbide combustion furnace 52 and changed into ash. With such an arrangement as above, the discharged gas generated at the carbide combustion furnace 52 is fed into a dry distillation gas combustion furnace 40 and ignited together with water vapor and dry distillation gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
