PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction support system which enables a client to easily find a proper builder and build a desired house. SOLUTION: The construction support system 1 is equipped with a server device 10 for the construction support system and a client device 100. The client device 100 is equipped with a condition input processing means 111 which can transmit construction condition information to the server device and an output means 112 which outputs received information. The server device 10 is equipped with a construction plan information recording means 30 which has construction plan information recorded, a builder information recording means 20 which has builder information recorded, a construction plan information extracting means 81 which extract and outputs the construction plan information corresponding to the construction condition information from the client device, and a builder extracting means 82 which extracts and outputs a builder suitable for construction according to the selected construction plan information and construction condition information. A construction plan meeting the conditions can be extracted and a desired house can be built.
