PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: (1) a detailed design for parameter determination is required in a system construction method; and (2) even if performing the detailed design, determining a parameter, and constructing a system, man-hours for a system test, or customization or tuning in an operation phase are required, and the short-time construction is difficult, especially in a large-scale system. PSOLUTION: In the large-scale computer system, by inputting a minimum requirement value such as a system requirement of a platform to automatically generate the system construction parameter, and distributing and applying it to a server that is a target of each the construction, the construction of the system is realized. The man-hours of the detailed design of the parameter can be reduced. A function capable of always updating a database correspondingly to version upgrading of an OS or software and outputting data corresponding to a version required by a user is provided.
