PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a panic or the like with human life anxiety to occur in the case of crisis, to smoothly promote and support required repair and countermeasure activities against the crisis and destruction and to speedily execute required countermeasures such as relief activities.;SOLUTION: In this method, the recognition of countermeasures to be taken against crisis occurrence is enhanced and the policy of mutual support agreements is set. A specification and an execution procedure between the persons executing the mutual support and restoration in case of crisis are decided. Mutual activity processes in the crisis occurrence are confirmedly fixed. This method is regarded as most significant policy of total business management and execution thereof is made to be secure.
