PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection surface design method of a reflection mirror of a vehicle lighting fixture, a reflection surface design system and a recording medium in which controllability of a light distribution pattern and efficiency of designing are enhanced. SOLUTION: The number of base points, Y coordinates of respective base points P and a first reflection direction at the respective base points P are designated regarding a plurality of base points P used for production of a reflection surface RS and respective positions of a plurality of base points P are determined. After an XY curve Q is produced, a plurality of XZ curves R at the respective base points P are produced based on the parameter designated respectively. The surface shape of the reflection surface RS is produced based on the XY curve Q and a plurality of XZ curves R produced.
