TUNNEL BLOCKOUT CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND BOX FOR BLOCKOUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes much labor to create a foundation bedsill for each hole, assemble and install a form, disassemble the form after placing concrete and hardening it, and then move the form to a next hole when excavating a hole for blockout on a side wall since a telephone, a fire extinguisher/a hydrant, a guidance display panel, and the like must be installed in a road tunnel.;SOLUTION: A blockout hole 3' is excavated in a side wall part 2 of a tunnel 1, and a box 4 is installed while its opening surface 5 is directed into the tunnel, and the area between a hole 6 of the blockout and a surface 7 of the box is broken by a waterproofing sheet 8 for blockout. A waterproofing sheet 10 for tunnels is attached to a wall surface 9 of the tunnel and is joined to the waterproofing sheet for blockout. Lining concrete 14 is placed by including a wooden form 13 between a surface 12 of the lining concrete form 11 and the box, and then the wooden form is taken out of the box after hardening.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
