PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reducing in cost, the economical and safe construction work by improving operations in the job site of the for a basement and drastically shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: The inside of a steel sheet pile 3 driven in the ground G around the basement 1 to be constructed is excavated and fixed by means of an earth anchor 4, and the inner side wall of the pile 3 is partitioned into a plurality of sections. The skeleton 5 is carried into a basement-facility job site, and concrete is placed inside the respective units or on a floor surface so as to form the side wall surface and the bottom wall surface of the basement 1. In addition, the trussed frame TW is formed by linking and fixing linkage members 6 made of a reinforced material between skeleton frames 12 disposed in the front and rear surfaces of the skeleton 5.
