PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pass the screw of a plate for fracture treatment through at an optimum position regardless of a bone shape.;SOLUTION: This internal fixing instrument for a humeral lower end part fracture is composed of the plate composed of a plate surface to be abutted to a humeral lower end part across a fracture part and a hub provided on the distal end side of the plate surface, the screw whose body part is inserted to the hub and pierced from the outer side epicondyle outer side face of a humerus to an inner side epicondyle base part and whose head part is spherically held by the hub and a set screw screwed to the hub and brought into spherical contact with the head part of the screw for fixing the relation of the hub and the screw.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
