PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatograph finger print for an organic molecule and an organometallic molecule from a plant, an animal or a natural or artificial material, and a novel method for chemical standardization, medical standardization and bar code attachment.;SOLUTION: A solvent extract of the organic molecule or organometallic molecule is separated and analyzed by high pressure liquid chromatography, and the contour line and 3D chromatogram of an eluted constituent are formed on the basis of pH and polarity and the three-dimensional characteristics thereof are analyzed by built-in software and the concentration of an eluted constituent is displayed with the elapse of time and the compound in the constituent is identified on the basis of the UV-visible absorbing characteristics of the constituent in an image and the eluted compound is classified on the basis of polarity or conjugated characteristics and a bar code is formed with respect to a peak selected by setting an X-axis to a holding time and setting a Y-axis to a wavelength and, further, a data base of the finger print and the bar code is formed to identify each compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
