PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkage fitting and shrinkage removing device of a tool for machine tool capable of remarkably increasing a machining efficiency by automating the shrinkage fitting and shrinkage removing operations of a tool into and from a shrinkage fitting holder fitted to a machine tool such as a machining center.;SOLUTION: This shrinkage fitting and shrinkage removing device of the tool for machine tool, comprising a tool magazine having a tool transfer station and a plurality of tools to be set thereinto, a tool changer for transfering a specified tool between the tool transfer station and shrinkage fitting and shrinkage removing station of the tool magazine, a holder transfer means such as a robot for transfering a tool holder between the head of the machine tool and the shrinkage fitting and shrinkage removing station, and a high frequency induction heater for high frequency induction heating the tool holder set into the station by supplying a high frequency current to a heating coil disposed in the shrinkage fitting and shrinkage removing station.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
