PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper steel plate 1 to be used as an installation face of a turbine or the like of a turbine frame 20 with the sufficient apparatus installation accuracy, as a turbine frame made of steel plate concrete is desired in view point of shortening the installation work of the turbine frame.;SOLUTION: A mortar 5 is placed on an upper face of the upper steel plate 1 of a beam 24 of the turbine frame 20, and a crack-prevention bar 4 is mounted in the mortar 5. By applying this constitution, the work can be executed on an upper face of the mortar 5 similarly as the field-proven reinforced concrete turbine frame, and the steel plate concrete turbine frame capable of easily ensuring the apparatus installation accuracy of the turbine or the like can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
