METHOD FOR MAKING MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR TECHNICAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the information on a condition of a device related to a maintenance plan to apply to hierarchy of units of the device by a simple method.;SOLUTION: In a method and a system for making the maintenance plan for the technical device, condition values are used to characterize conditions of the technical units in respective cases. A condition of a high level unit provided with a plurality of subunits having related condition values, respectively, is characterized by a common condition value and is calculated as weighting total of the condition values of a plurality of subunits. The common condition value is used to make a plan of maintenance task in the device. In one favorable embodiment of this invention, an important value is supplied for the high level unit, and preferably, it is further processed together with the related common condition value in common visual display and/or a combination of computers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
