PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic bulletin board generating technology which automatically generates an electronic bulletin board of high demand for use.;SOLUTION: Retrieval log information is referred to when a bulletin board as to a retrieval keyword specified by a retrieval request is not generated and so on to judge whether or not, for example, there is a retrieval keyword with a retrieval number although a retrieval request frequency increases when there is such a retrieval keyword, a bulletin board regarding the retrieval keyword is automatically generated. Further, it is judged whether or not, for example, there is a retrieval keyword decreasing in retrieval request frequency and when there is such a retrieval keyword, a bulletin board regarding the retrieval keyword is automatically deleted. Consequently, a bulletin board of large use demand can automatically be generated and a bulletin board of small use demand can automatically be deleted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
