PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly evaluate the energy distribution form of annihilation gamma-ray by obtaining a measured result reflecting only the properties of a sample without depending on the gamma-ray energy resolution and energy calibration of a measuring device.;SOLUTION: A function obtained by convoluting a model function to the true energy distribution of positron annihilation gamma-ray by a distribution function with a width equivalent to energy resolution, or its approximate function is fitted as a model to the spectrum data of the measured positron annihilation gamma-ray.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
