PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope for a gift of money wherein whether bills have been placed or not in the envelope for the gift of money, or the quantity can be quickly checked from the outside of the envelope for the gift of money.;SOLUTION: A cut line (3) is applied at either one location on the right or the left in the lower section of a back surface section (2) of this envelope (1) for the gift of money. Then, a corner piece (4) is pasted on the internal side of the back surface section (2) at a symmetrical location to the cut line (3) in the lateral or the vertical direction and its diagonal direction. At the same time, the upper edge (6) of a rectangular paper piece (5) for concealing is pasted on the upper edge on the internal side of the back surface section (2).
