PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower wear fixing type retroreflective wearing gear improved in excellent visibility for e.g. a traffic handling, an accident arrangement especially in a highway during the night. SOLUTION: This lower wear fixing type retroreflective wearing gear is such one as to be of a lower wear fixing type freely wearable and attachable onto front cloth from the waist belt of the lower wear to the vicinity of the knee of the side thereof and have a wide belt laminated with a retroreflective functional material and set in the vicinity of the side thereof.
