PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system which accomplishes clear tabulation management of information pertaining to the exchange of prizes in the exchange for digital information (digital contents) such as music data of the level of an available value possessed by a player from a game with a game machine and a prize exchange settlement method which achieves a settlement clearly associated with the prize exchange.;SOLUTION: In the prize exchange system 1, a digital information managing device (sales managing device 50) which performs a tabulation management of information (music ID, frequency of use, etc.), pertaining to the prize exchange is interposed between a digital information exchanger (prize exchanger 10) which performs a processing for the exchange of the level of the available value for the digital information and a digital information distributor (music distribution server 40) for distributing the digital information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
