PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular disc enabling higher displacement offset in the axial direction and higher angle displacement offset than a conventional annular disc of this type and having high breaking strength. SOLUTION: In the method in which each half of two couplings having a connection flange is mutually connected through a packet of an annular disc in a condition in which each half of two couplings is provided with the rigidity in twisting to enable their movement in the axial direction and with respect to an angle in the annular disc for a flexible shaft coupling, the disc packet is alternately fixed on both connection flanges through a mounting and clamp means distributed at circumference, the annular disc has four mounting openings distributed equally on a circle of common opening, and the part has taper between two adjacent mounting openings. The present annular disc satisfies determined dimensional distribution.
