PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dust core for high-frequency reactor which is excellent in loss characteristic and frequency characteristic and has high permeability under a rated current so as to improve the efficiency of a power source circuit.;SOLUTION: This dust core for high-frequency reactor is manufactured by heat-treating a green compact material obtained by compression-molding powder for dust core and a binder by using a mold. The powder for dust core is composed of mixed alloy powder prepared by mixing first alloy powder having a composition composed of 3.0-6.5 wt.% silicon(Si), 0.1-1.0 wt.% oxygen(O), and the balance iron(Fe) with ≤300 ppm carbon(C), and substantially having particle diameters of ≤150 μm with second alloy powder containing nickel(Ni) in an amount of 45-55 wt.% and the balance of Permalloy (R) powder composed of iron(Fe) and substantially having particle diameters of ≤150 μm by adjusting the mixing ratio of the second alloy powder to 1.0-50.0 wt.% of the first alloy powder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
