PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof-to heat insulating waterproof panel capable of facilitating construction and shortening the term of works, preventing heat bridge and having excellent heat insulation, and facilitating sealing of a joint part, a roof-top heat insulating waterproof structure using it, and a construction method for it.;SOLUTION: This panel 10 provided on a roof-top slab surface 1 to perform heat insulation and water-proofing is constituted by a heat insulating panel body 11 made of hard synthetic resin foam and a metal plate 12, the periphery of which is bent to cover the surface of the heat insulating panel body 11 and the peripheral middle part. Thus, the roof-top heat insulating waterproof panel 10 is bonded to the roof-top slab surface 1, and a bent joint part 16 of the metal plate 12 is sealed with a sealing material 17, whereby construction is simplified, waterproofing performance is secured by the metal plate 12, and heat insulation can be secured by the heat insulating panel body 11 to simply seal the joint part 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
