PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert vertical ordering and order reception configurations into horizontal one by abandoning the custom of ordering and order reception among affiliated agents, and making the ordering items open to the public.;SOLUTION: The existence of a mediating agent who has information quantity sufficient for grasping the mutual needs of orderers and order-receivers is required for allowing the both orderers and order-receivers to fairly share information by applying the registration of necessary items to the mediating agent.
