PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of a vehicle to purchase gas, as though it is pur chased at a contract gas station and to perform payment based on a cumulated charging processing even when the user goes to any gas station.;SOLUTION: A gas station server for sales requests approval of sale of the gas to an electronic market server for gas to a contract gas station server by using information of an information medium to hold specific information, including a contract gas station ID via the Internet. When the approval of the sale of the gas is obtained, the gas station server for sales charges the sale to the contract gas station server, based on the contract gas station ID by performing the charging processing about the sale of the gas, transmits the fact that the sale has been charged to the electronic market server for gas and the contract gas station server performs the charging processing and a settlement processing to the gas station server for sales, based on processed statistics and commissions to the transmitted charge of sale.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
