SOLUTION: It is proper that a human being should enjoy rich and happy life in good health, up to 100 years of age and not to impose a burden upon the next generation if he trains muscles of legs and loins and activates cardiac and pulmonary functions by taking exercise in and after the middle age. Everyone can enjoy the best period of his life, by not only taking exercise in good health and receiving support and care of medical and scientific expert systems with respect to enrich eating habits, mental condition, sleeping hours, life cycle, etc., so that the whole society can be made happy.
