PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a clear system for maintaining a house which could last for 100 years or more in 100 year or more ahead.;SOLUTION: A supervisor SP for enriching the storage information of an integral record card C1 is arranged on the Internet line so that it is possible to give an advice to a user. Moreover, this cad center is constituted of the integral record card C1 to be enriched according to the transmission of information, an exclusive record card for collecting and transmitting data for each construction category, and a supervisor for providing advice information and operation and management information related with maintenance or renewal posterior to the transfer of a constructed facility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
