PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that is required for the 100 year house maintenance by managing a constructed patient charts for a constructed house, which is required for enabling the rational maintenance from the beginning, a renewal, and selling of the house, is used for inducing a reasonable price for a repair, the renewal, and the selling of the house, and also makes feasible for the houses to be continually used, since the accurate house design charts are not available in our country making the renewal and the maintenance of the house difficult.;SOLUTION: The system installs a supervisor SP that completes stored information of general patient charts C1 on Internet and provides an advice to a user. The system consists of the supervisor that constructs the general patient charts C1 to be completed by receiving a transmitted data and the specified patient charts to gather and send the data of construction activity types, and also provides the specified patient charts for notification, advice information of the maintenance and the renewal of the house after delivering constructed facilities, and the management information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
