PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information technology means from a management plan level, into which the change of an industrial structure is integrated, to a small and middle-scaled enterprise in an inexpensive Internet utilization sys tem.;SOLUTION: The easily available module of five management plan levels are provided with various data necessary for each to a membership-registered small and middle-scaled enterprise 100 which performs access through the Internet to a server. That is, those models are an industry management structure module 101 and an enterprise management structure model 102 using an econometric model analytic method for analyzing various economical factors, a business investment plan model 103 using various statistical analytic methods such as a factor analytic method, an estimated cost plan organization model 104 using a time sequential analytic method, and an enterprise self-diagnostic model 105 using a management rate quiescent analytic method or a management rate vital analytic method.
