PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which power energy required for transportation can be reduced while reducing the dimensions of piping by utilizing ice slurry exhibiting a resistance decreasing effect while suppressing growth of ice particles for transporting cold heat.;SOLUTION: A surfactant, e.g. betaine, is added to cold heating medium, i.e., water, and supercooled in a storage tank. It is then stirred and supercooling is released thus producing ice slurry containing fine ice particles under stabilized state. The ice slurry is stored in a storage tank or transported through a pump and piping thus transporting cold heat.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
