PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calling card with a lottery whereon a proper serial number is so printed as to have the function of the lottery and an operating method of a Web site of the calling card with the lottery wherein the calling cards with the lotteries divided by industry, a date, a name and a trade name are controlled automatically through the Web site and wherein lottery numbers are drawn periodically and prize money is paid to site members through the site.;SOLUTION: When a user member makes a connection with the Web site of the calling card with the lottery through the Internet and applies thereto for the card whereon the proper serial number is printed, image data as to the card in various forms are presented on a screen and the card is issued and delivered on the basis of the form of the card selected by the user. Based on the proper serial number printed on the card, the prize money is paid to the member winning it through the periodic drawing, and the information on the winner member is updated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
