PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical element, electricity generating body, and electricity generating device, which are suitable to use for portable apparatus, with heightened freedom of the layout of a fuel cell, making a packaging advantageous when manufacturing the product. SOLUTION: The electrochemical element 1 is composed of a hydrogen occlusion body 11, a fuel cell 12, an ion exchange film 13, and an oxygen electrode 14. The hydrogen occlusion body 11 and the fuel cell 12 construct a fuel electrode structure body in a state of touching each other. The fuel electrode structure is surrounded by the ion exchange film 13 in a state that they contact with each other, and the ion exchange film 13 is surrounded by the oxygen electrode 14 in a state that they contact with each other. The electrochemical element 1 is enabled to output an electric power depending on the supply of hydrogen, which is occluded in the hydrogen occlusion body 11, to the fuel electrode 12 as a fuel.
