PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference film filter with condensing function which is small in size, low in cost and excellent in optical characteristics, and to provide its manufacturing method and an optical coupling and branching device.;SOLUTION: Since an interference film filter main body 3 is formed on the whole rear surface of a transparent substrate 1 after an array or a matrix of a convex lens 2 is formed on the surface of the transparent substrate 1, the interference film filter with condensing function which is uniform in the optical characteristics, small in size and low in cost is realized with a high yield.
