PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic water quality monitoring apparatus of raw water for public water supply and an automatic water-intake control system of the raw water which can stop the intake of raw water from a well, when the quality of the raw water becomes out of a standard, and restart the water-intake of the raw water when it meets the standard.;SOLUTION: A water-to-be-treated tank 11 is communicated with a water tank 12 for measurement through a connecting pipe 13. A raw water introducing pipe line 14 is inserted from the bottom of the water-to-be-treated tank 11. The raw water introduced into the water- to-be-treated tank 11 is supplied to the water tank 12 for measurement through the connecting pipe 13. A water quality measuring instrument 17 is installed in the water tank 12 for measurement, and the measured values of water quality detected by the water quality measuring instrument 17 are converted into electrical signals to be supplied to a water quality monitoring panel through a dedicated cable 18. A measured value of water quality supplied to the water quality monitoring panel 19 is compared with water quality standard values, and, when the measured value is out of the standard values, a water quality supervisory signal is supplied to a motor-operated valve control panel 20. When the motor-operated valve control panel 20 is supplied from the water quality monitoring panel 19, the motor-operated valve control panel 20 sends a control signal to first and second motor-operated valves 22, 24, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the valves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
